    If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it can be returned for an exchange, credit or reimbursement within 10 (ten) business days from receiving the product. This is valid only for personal consumption. The Customer must download the RETURN FORM and fill it specifying the codes of the items being returned and what it wants: change of size, change of article or reimbursement.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
    If the Customer wants an exchange, the new article must have a lower or same value as the article returned. A single return operation will be carried out for each single order.                           WARNING: The goods must be returned in its original and initial state, not worn and used. It must bear all labels, contain all original documentation, original certificates, original accessories and the original packaging must not be damaged or changed. All products are delivered with a seal. When trying on articles, please be careful and do not break the seal. In case of return, if the seal has been broken or damaged, the goods cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed. Please include a copy of the invoice or the pro forma delivery invoice in the package. On the box, write: RETURNS. The shipping charges for returns or exchanges are at the expense of Customer.

    ABACO reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent late, or for articles that are not in the same conditions in which you received them.
